The Recruiter is responsible for providing highly qualified candidates for flexible and full-time opportunities in the assigned regions at LLS. This position covers the whole recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through to appointment and candidate management. Additionally, the Recruiter must be able to operate in a highly collaborative manner with the Regional or National HR Business Partners and senior managers to ensure that the function proactively sources candidates in the most cost effective and timely manner to meet business requirements. The recruiter will work with the Regional or National HR Business Partners in the recruitment and selection of employees ensuring that staffing requirements are satisfied in the most timely and cost effective manner. This individual will work with team members to provide a diverse talent pool of candidates for each hire while reducing the dependency on external search firms.
Reports to: HR Leader or Director as assigned
Supervises: Independent Contributor Role
**This position will be reporting into one of our chapter offices with flexibility to work remotely.
**This is a Contract or Temporary position that will last up to 12 months paid through a staffing agency and assigned to work at LLS. It is 35 hours a week.
