August – December: Targeted recruitment to schools to encourage signup for a school based fundraising campaign. Training includes scripts, handling objections, email and voice mail follow up, call strategies, instructions for data base tracking and persistent follow up. Meticulous tracking of outreach in campaign database and excel calling spreadsheets. January – May: Campaign support including customer service, mailings, orientation sessions, active school management touch points, database tracking. May also support field with school presentations.
