    Summary:  This assignment will assist with implementing program operations, recruitment and cultivation of teammates.



    Work Direction: Works under the direct supervision and training of the West Region Campaign Services Operations Manager.



    *Please note this is a FT Temporary position that will last up to 9 months paid through a staffing agency and assigned to work at LLS.  This assignment is 35 hours a week.

    This is a Remote position that will likely work from home or perhaps at the nearest chapter office.  


    Duties & Responsibilities: 

    • Provide back end financial support including invoice processing, coding, reimbursement, charges and fund allocation.
    • Customize recruitment and registration materials
    • Manage data entry and maintain all participant information in C360 and department records (personal and emergency info, staff/coach roles, event status, fundraising goals)
    • Order supplies and apparel
    • Assist in portfolio event set-up in C360 according to Event Strategy timeline.
    • Assist in systems data integrity and data entry projects.
    • Manage Incentive fulfillment
    • Execute administrative tasks related to Event Facebook Groups and Event Kick Off
    • Additional duties as assigned


    Education & Experience Requirements:   

    • Bachelor’s Degree 
    • 1-3 years experience in a professional work environment  

    Assignment Requirements:

    • Strong knowledge of Team In Training and the mission of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
    • Must have excellent time management, customer service, organizational, interpersonal, verbal, written, and communication skills
    • Strong word processing, database management, and computer skills (Microsoft Suite) with ability to collect and organize data effectively
    • Be a self-starter, problem-solver and manage assignments independently with little supervision and ability to multi-task as well as the ability to work effectively within a highly productive and diverse team setting
    • Preferred to work in Chapter Office. If working remotely, must have personal work computer with internet access
