Responsible for support of marketing strategy & implementation across channels for the Athletics Initiatives & Community Initiatives.


  • Responsible for implementation and management of an integrated marketing strategy including email, social media, web, direct mail, videos, and advertising for campaign.
  • Maintain dedicated recruitment calendar inclusive of email, organic social & paid digital activations.
  • Work cross-functionally within the constituent experience team and the campaign development teams to ensure business needs are communicated efficiently & strategically.
  • Work directly with the creative team to meet creative & content needs using the creative brief process.
  • Project manage all Athletic Initiatives & Community Initiatives projects to ensure timelines are met, including running weekly meetings with the core team & maintaining project outline in Teams & adding appropriate projects to Work Zone.
  • Support the launch & implementation of new key initiatives.
  • Analyze and report out on results from cross-channel activations.
  • Submit & track invoices in budget tracker ensuring costs.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Education & Experience Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related
  • 3-5 years related marketing experience in the areas of direct mail, advertising, promotions and digital  

Position Requirements: 

  • Excellent Power Point, Excel and Email Deployment Software skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in paid digital strategy
  • Competency in web, email & social analytics analysis and platforms
  • A blend of creative and financial skills with an entrepreneurial spirit is key.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Capable of balancing multiple priorities effectively a must.
  • Professional, strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
  • Capable of working well with a variety of personalities and leadership styles.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
