As part of a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization this role is responsible for providing internal and external support of essential non-fundraising activities for fundraisers, donors and internal business partners to ensure field staff can effectively and efficiently raise funds to support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) mission. Relentlessly pursuing cancer cures.



Additional Position Information

Reports to: Manager, Revenue Support
Supervises: Individual Contributor


  • Revenue Support
    • Apply funds for all supported field offices
    • Process all remotely accessible donations for all supported field offices
    • Submit journal entries and cash receipts templates to National Office to correct coding errors and book revenue appropriately
    • On-site support for fundraising events where possible on an as-needed basis
  • Compliance
    • Process tax acknowledgements for all supported field offices
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the LLS mission and programs to promote Organizational initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Education & Experience Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Some weekend & evening work required
  • Travel as required for national or department meetings or to support events
