Overview

The Senior Compensation Analyst for the Total Rewards team to partner and assist the efforts on compensation design, improvement and implementation of compensation programs, projects, policies and processes. You must have 5+ years of experience in delivering and implementing compensation strategies and programs, as well as HR experience. 

Additional Position Information

This is a temporary role which can be worked remotely in the tri-state area and may need to attend meetings in Rye Brook, NY in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Perform job analysis, evaluation, and classification at all levels
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of LLS base pay and salary administration programs.
  • Maintain the Organizations Job Descriptions for content and compliance with (FLSA) regulations
  • Prepares metrics and reports to inform compensation program decisions and analyze business outcomes, including Position-In-Range, plan modeling, and Headcount, as needed.
  • Participate in the annual performance and merit review process
  • Works with Strategic Talent Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business lines to review salary increase recommendations for adjustments to ensure internal equity and consistency, and to communicate any changes in compensation programs
  • Development and maintenance of ongoing process documentation.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of compensation training programs and presentations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5 Years Experience
  • CCP Preferred
